During this weekend you we all be able to get hold of the latest CD produced by Andrew Cauchi called Lilek Biss. Andrew gave us some CDs to be sold at our church where all income will help him to ease the expenses for his outreach journey to Sydney for the World Youth Day where his anointing talent in praise and worship will be used for the proclamation of Jesus' Gospel.Lilek Biss is produced with a flow of praise and worship in mind, aimed at helping listeners enter into a prayer relationship with the creator. Featuring 10 original songs, including Libbisna bil-Qawwa co-writen with Robert Galea (who will be taking part in a concert in Sydney in the coming days) a re-vamped traditional hymn - O Qalb Ħanina and just one translated song - Ħobż tal-Ħajja - which Andrew says he's sure everyone would love to include in liturgical Celebrations.
Again, like in previous albums, Mario Cucciardi, who co-authored Imħabbtek and wrote the words to Int Qaddis, gave his valid contribution. Together with Fr Karm Debattista MSSP and Mario who supported the male vocals, this time Judy, Rebecca, Leah and Tamsin, Andrew's wife and three daughters did the female vocals.
"....Jekk għandi lilek O Ġesù għandi Kollox" the much awaited new version of this song with Tiziana Grech as main femaile vocalist is also included. There is also an additional note on the back cover written by Fr Jesmond.
